All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the shipping carrier and destination.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and carrier. Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Stitches is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Stitches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Packages
